📖 Read the Story

Zoe loved science. Today, something new was falling from the sky!

Big, soft snowflakes danced down. Winter's first snow had arrived!

Everything turned white and sparkly. A magical winter wonderland!

Zoe thought of ice skating. But falling down on the ice scared her.

Her neighbor, Mr. Fitzwilliam, saw Zoe. He had a kind, knowing smile.

"Shall we try the ice, Zoe?" he asked gently, his voice soft.

Zoe whispered, "I'm afraid I'll fall, Mr. Fitzwilliam."

He winked. "Everyone falls, little scientist. It's how we learn!"

They laced up shiny skates. Zoe felt wobbly already, just sitting there.

Mr. Fitzwilliam held her hands. Step, slide, step, very slowly.
