Zara loved to gaze at the night sky. Her round glasses helped her see every twinkling star.
She dreamed of distant planets and swirling galaxies. "I'm an astro-explorer!" she'd whisper.
One rainy afternoon, Zara explored her attic. Dust motes danced in the sunbeams.
Under a dusty sheet, she found it! A magnificent, old brass telescope, gleaming faintly.
She peeked through the lens. Swirls of color! A planet, but not like any she knew.
It was made of candy! Lollipop trees, cotton candy clouds, and rivers of chocolate!
Zara gasped. "A real candy planet? But it looks so far, and I'm a little bit scared."
Grandma Celeste, with her twinkling eyes, joined her. "What wonders have you found, dear?"
Zara showed her the planet. Grandma smiled. "A true celestial treat! Let's go, my little explorer!"
Grandma adjusted the telescope. Whoosh! A gentle, swirling light enveloped them.
They landed softly on a hill of fluffy marshmallow. The air smelled wonderfully sweet!
Little creatures bounced towards them. "Oh dear, the Gumdrop Machine is stuck!" they cried.
The Gumdrop Gnomes were sad. Their special machine, made of candy canes, was sputtering.
Zara looked closely at the contraption. Her glasses helped her spot a loose licorice pipe.
