Carlo lived in sunny Italy. His home was warm and bright.
His cousin, Chandra, lived far away in snowy Canada.
Carlo loved building sandcastles. Chandra loved making snow angels.
They missed playing together. 'I wish you were here!' Carlo sighed.
One morning, Chandra looked out her window. 'Oh, fresh snow!' she giggled.
She called Carlo on her tablet. 'Look, Carlo! It's perfect for a snowman!'
Carlo frowned. 'No snow here, just warm sunshine,' he said sadly.
'We can build a virtual snowman!' Chandra suddenly exclaimed.
Carlo's eyes sparkled. 'A virtual snowman? How wonderful!'
They started their video call. 'First, a big snowball for the bottom,' Chandra said.
Carlo clicked a button. 'Here's the middle part!' He laughed.
Chandra added the head. 'Now, for the decorations!' she cheered.
Carlo found bright buttons for eyes. 'And a carrot nose from my garden!'
Chandra chose a cozy red scarf and a warm blue hat. 'For the Canadian cold!'
