The Secret of the Sparkle-Stone Book

Lily and Leo were best friends, always ready for fun. They loved visiting Grandma Rose.

But today, Grandma Rose looked worried. Her gentle smile was gone.

"My Sparkle-Stone Recipe Book is missing!" she sighed. "For the Starlight Cookie Bake-off!"

"Don't worry, Grandma!" Lily declared, hands on her hips. Leo nodded bravely. "We'll find it!"

Grandma remembered a little game. "I left a riddle for myself," she chuckled softly.

She found a tiny, rolled-up scroll. It read: "Where stories bloom and wisdom grows, a quiet friend your secret knows."

Lily gasped, "The library!" Leo cheered, pumping his fist. "Let's go, Detective Lily!"

At the grand library, they met Ms. Periwinkle. She was very busy, surrounded by tall book stacks.

"We're looking for a secret friend," Lily whispered. Ms. Periwinkle's eyes twinkled.

"Perhaps a book about beautiful blooms?" she suggested, pointing to a colorful shelf.

Hidden behind a big book titled "Rare Garden Blooms," they found a small, ornate wooden box.

Inside was a shiny, smooth river stone. On it was carved a curious symbol: ❀✮.

"What does it mean?" Leo puzzled. Lily suddenly remembered Grandma's special garden.
