📖 Read the Story

Kenji loved his garden. He wore a blue kimono, his favorite. He loved to fold paper.

Today, Kenji folded a paper crane. It flew high! He smiled.

A big storm had just passed. The garden was wet. "Quack, quack!"

Near the koi pond, Kenji saw something small. Five fluffy yellow ducklings!

Their mother was not there. The ducklings looked so sad. "Peep, peep!"

Kenji wanted to help. He tried to call, "Quack, quack!" But no mother duck appeared.

He heard a faint "Quack!" It was far away. The ducklings couldn't hear.

Kenji had an idea! He found his paper. He knew what to do.

With nimble fingers, Kenji folded. One, two, three paper ducklings!

He gently placed them on the pond. They floated like real ducks.
