Today was the big talent show! Quinn practiced his favorite tune.
He carefully carried his ukulele. "Almost there!" he chirped softly.
The path was long. The tall grass swished and swayed all around him.
Quinn arrived at the stage. Oh no! His ukulele was gone!
His heart felt like a little pebble. No ukulele, no song for the show.
Suddenly, Reggie the rabbit hopped by. "What's wrong, Quinn?"
"My ukulele! I lost it in the tall grass!" Quinn wailed sadly.
Reggie twitched his nose. "Don't worry! My nose knows all!"
Reggie followed the faint scent. Quinn scurried close behind him.
