Timmy loved the tall, twisty slide more than anything. He couldn't wait for his turn!
"My turn! My turn!" Timmy shouted, pushing past Lily and Sam. He just couldn't wait!
Suddenly, a gentle hand touched Timmy’s shoulder. A soft, warm feeling spread through him.
It was Patient Penny. Her cape swirled like a sunset, soft oranges and purples glowing.
Penny smiled kindly. "Look, Timmy," she whispered, pointing to a big green leaf nearby.
On the leaf, a tiny ladybug was slowly, slowly crawling. Its red shell shone brightly.
Timmy forgot all about the slide. He watched the ladybug's careful journey, mesmerized.
Each tiny step, each delicate feeler, was a quiet dance. The world seemed to slow down.
Lily and Sam, seeing Timmy watching, also leaned in to see the little creature.
The ladybug finally reached the edge of the leaf, then gently spread its wings.
It flew away into the blue sky, a tiny red speck disappearing into the sun.
