Meet Brei! Her golden hair shimmered, and her blue eyes sparkled. She loved new things, especially shiny toys and pretty dresses. "I want that one!" she'd often declare.

And this is Crissant! Her short brown hair bounced as she ran. She loved adventures and exciting games. "Mine is better!" she'd shout, always wanting to win.

Brei and Crissant were twins, but they were very different. They argued about everything! "That's my chair!" "No, it's mine!" Their parents sighed.

"Girls," said Dad, "no more bickering! We have a special project for you. No new gadgets or toys until it's done!" The twins gasped.

"A project?" Brei frowned. "Will it be sparkly? Or super fast?" Crissant asked. "No," Mom smiled. "It's a garden project. Outside!"

Their parents led them to a forgotten corner of their huge garden. Weeds tangled everywhere. Old pots lay broken. It looked like a very sad, wild place.

"Ew! Dirt!" Brei wrinkled her nose. "And bugs!" Crissant shivered. "This is hard work! I want my tablet!" they both grumbled.

Brei tried to pull one tiny weed. "It won't budge!" Crissant tried to lift a big rock. "Too heavy!" They glared at each other, making no progress.

"This is impossible!" Brei sighed, sitting on the ground. Crissant spotted a huge, stubborn root. "We'll never get this out alone," she admitted, looking at Brei.

"Well, if *you* pull here, and *I* pull there..." Brei suggested. Together, they tugged and pulled. POP! The root came free!

They stared at the cleared spot. "Wow," Brei whispered. "That was easier together." Crissant nodded. "Much faster!" They even shared a small smile.

As they dug, Crissant found a shiny, smooth stone. Brei found a tiny, green sprout pushing through the soil. "Look!" they both exclaimed.

"Plants need three things to grow," Brei remembered from school. "Sun, water, and good soil!" Crissant added, "And air, like us!"

They decided to plant colorful flowers and juicy strawberries. "Flowers need lots of sun," Brei explained. "Strawberries need space to spread!" Crissant added.
