Meet Sparkle! She was a tiny, shimmering star-alien from a galaxy far, far away. Her body sparkled with a thousand tiny lights, like a rainbow.

But sometimes, even with all her sparkle, Sparkle felt a little sad. She missed the swirling nebulae and glittering dust clouds of her distant home.

Her best friend, Leo, noticed. Leo had bright, kind eyes and a head full of wild ideas. He loved inventing and exploring new things.

"What's wrong, Sparkle?" he asked softly. Sparkle pointed a tiny star-point towards the window, where the moon hung like a pale cookie.

My home… so far," she chimed, her voice like tiny bells. Leo understood. He wanted to bring a piece of her home closer.

Suddenly, an idea sparked in Leo's mind! "Let's make a Cosmic Kitchen!" he exclaimed, jumping up. Sparkle tilted her head, curious.

They went to the kitchen, a bright, sunny room. Leo pulled out bowls, spoons, and lots of colorful ingredients from the pantry.

"First, planets!" Leo announced. He scooped soft, squishy dough. "This will be a gas giant, smooth and round!"

Sparkle gently touched the dough with a star-point. "So soft!" she chimed. It reminded her of the gentle clouds in her galaxy.

Next, Leo added crunchy nuts and seeds to another dough. "This is a rocky planet, bumpy and strong!" he explained.

Sparkle carefully rolled a small piece. The rough texture felt exciting and new. It was nothing like her smooth, glittery world.

They made planets of all sizes and textures: sticky date balls, crumbly cookie dough, and smooth, colorful frosting spheres.

"Now, for the stars!" Leo grinned. He brought out sprinkles, edible glitter, and tiny sugar crystals.

They pressed cookie cutters into flat dough, making star shapes. Sparkle loved watching the crisp edges form.
