Marlowe bounced into the Sunny Seas Hotel. "Hooray!" she giggled. This was going to be fun!
On the beach, she met Pinchy Crab. He wore a tiny hat. "Click-clack!" said Pinchy.
They played all afternoon. Pinchy was a very good sandcastle builder. They were best friends!
"Oh no!" Marlowe gasped. "Dinner time!" She needed her yellow ladybug dress.
"Where is it?" she wondered. She looked under her bed. Just a dusty dinosaur!
Then, she checked her suitcase. Socks and shirts flew! No yellow dress.
Pinchy clicked his claws. "Click-clack! Lobby!" he suggested. "Maybe it fell!"
They tiptoed to the lobby. Marlowe checked behind a big plant. No dress!
Pinchy wiggled his big claw. "Click-clack! Restaurant!" he declared. "Food! Yellow!"
They peeked inside. "Look!" Marlowe whispered. A flash of yellow!
