Ravi listened to chirping birds and buzzing bees. His heart beat to a secret rhythm.
He loved to tap his trunk softly on fallen logs. Tap-tap-tap went his quiet drum.
But Ravi felt shy about his drumming. His big ears would blush pink.
Soon, the Jungle Jamboree would begin! Animals practiced their joyful songs and dances.
Ravi wished he could join. But his tummy fluttered with fear.
His best friend was Lila, a rainbow parrot. She sang the most beautiful songs.
"Your drumming is wonderful, Ravi!" Lila chirped. "You should play at the Jamboree!"
Ravi shook his head. "My drums are too quiet," he mumbled. "My ears are too big!"
Lila gently nudged his ear. "Your quiet rhythm is special. Your ears help you listen!"
