Meet Rajesh! He loved to build. His box of scraps held endless dreams.
His village was beautiful, but the river grew big when monsoon rains came.
"Oh no, the water!" villagers would sigh, watching the river creep closer.
One sunny morning, Rajesh watched busy beavers building their home.
They stacked sticks and mud, making a strong wall against the flowing water.
"Aha!" Rajesh whispered. "A wall for our river! A *dam*!" His idea sparked.
He ran to Priya, his best friend. "We can build a dam!" he exclaimed.
Priya's eyes lit up. "Like the beavers? That's a clever plan, Rajesh!"
Soon, Samir joined them. "I'm strong! I can carry big things!" he cheered.
They gathered Rajesh's scraps: old tires, sturdy branches, even thick cloth.
At the riverbank, they worked together, just like the busy beavers.
They stacked and packed, filling gaps with mud and stones. It was hard work!
The little dam grew stronger, a patchwork of clever ideas.
Dark clouds rolled in. "The monsoon is here!" whispered the wind.
