One sunny afternoon, exploring my backyard, I tripped over something hard.
I brushed away the loose dirt. What was this mysterious object hiding?
My heart thumped like a drum! It was a strange, bumpy, ancient bone!
"Mama, look!" I shouted, holding my discovery. "I found a bone!"
Baba looked closely. "This looks like a *fossil*, son. It's very, very old."
I showed them my special digging spot. "It was right there!" I explained.
Mama suggested, "Let's take it to the museum! A scientist can help."
