Leo felt a tiny tickle in his nose. "Achoo!" he sneezed, a little puff of air. Mom said, "Time for some special medicine, my little sniffle-monster."

Outside, the air was crisp and cold. Leo pulled his striped scarf tighter. "Brrr!" he shivered happily. Mom held his hand as they walked down the quiet street.

Soon, they saw the pharmacy. Big, bright signs glowed in the windows. "Look, Mom!" Leo pointed. "Red and yellow and black!"

Inside, it was even brighter! Soft music played. Aisles were packed with colorful boxes and sparkling displays. Everything looked so exciting.

"First, our medicine mission," Mom reminded him gently. "Then, we can look around, if you're feeling up to it." Leo nodded, still a bit sniffly.

They walked past shelves of bandages and toothbrushes. Finally, Mom found the right aisle. "Here it is! Our special cherry syrup."

As Mom reached, Leo spotted something amazing. A giant display! "Wow!" he whispered. "A Robo-Explorer 3000!"

The Robo-Explorer 3000 had flashing lights and promised to explore distant planets. And it was half price! Leo's heart beat a little faster.

"Mom, look!" Leo tugged her sleeve. "It's a Black Friday deal! Can we get it? Please, please, please?" He bounced on his toes.

Mom smiled softly. "It's a wonderful robot, sweetie. But we came for medicine, to help you feel better. That's our most important mission today."

Leo looked at the robot one last time. He understood. His sniffles were more important. But still, a little sigh escaped him.

As they walked to the checkout, Mom paused. Her eyes twinkled. "Wait, Leo. What about this?" She pointed to a small, soft display.

It was a display of tiny, super-soft stuffed animals. Little cloud-shaped pillows with sleepy eyes. Each one looked so cuddly.

"A 'Dreamy Cloud' friend," Mom read the tag. "Perfect for snuggles when you're feeling under the weather." Leo reached out a finger.
