Isabella and the Crystal Caves

Meet Isabella! Her fiery red curls bounced as she explored her colorful village. It nestled high in the Andes Mountains.

Isabella loved her home, but she dreamed of adventure. She often thought of her wise Abuela Rosa.

One sunny morning, Isabella found an old, rolled-up map. It was tucked inside Abuela's special wooden box.

"The Crystal Caves!" she whispered, tracing a sparkling path. Abuela had drawn it long ago.

Isabella packed her small pouch with dried fruit and a warm alpaca blanket. Her heart thumped with excitement!

"Be brave, little adventurer!" she told her reflection. Then, Isabella stepped onto the winding mountain path.

Soon, a group of fluffy llamas blocked her way. They munched on grass, their big eyes blinking slowly.

"Excuse me, friends!" Isabella giggled. She offered them some sweet mountain berries from her pouch.

The llamas happily munched, then slowly moved aside. "Thank you!" Isabella called, continuing her journey.

The path grew steeper and narrower. A small stream tumbled over smooth, grey rocks. "Hmm," she mused.

Isabella remembered Abuela's advice: "Look for the strongest stones." She carefully placed her feet.

Higher and higher she climbed, past hardy mountain flowers. The air felt crisp and clean.

The map showed a hidden crevice. "Almost there!" Isabella's heart beat faster with anticipation.
