Barnaby the cub had a rumbling tummy. He saw juicy red berries.
"Yum! All for me!" he thought. He wanted to eat them right now!
Mama Bear smiled. "Not all, little one." She held his paw gently.
"We save some for Winter Feast," she explained. Barnaby tilted his head, confused.
"It's The Great Berry Bank Heist!" Mama whispered. Barnaby's eyes grew wide.
We 'steal' berries for our special bank. For later, when snow falls.
Mama showed a big, empty glass jar. "This is our secret Berry Bank."
Barnaby carefully picked one plump berry. *Plink!* It dropped inside the jar.
He picked another, then another. The jar slowly filled with red jewels.
Soon, the Berry Bank was full! Barnaby felt proud and a little hungry.
